- Able to handle all telephone or email inquiries and ensure all information could be delivered timely and correctly.
- Processes reservations by mail, telephone, or via different reservation platforms in a timely manner.
- Knows the restaurants’ occupancy status and all promotions.
- Responsible to sell the restaurant as a dining option and providing information to prospective guests while exploring areas to maximize sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to enhance overall guest experience.
- Create and maintain reservation records by date of arrival and outlets. Communicate the reservation information and key notes to respective outlets. In regards to any cancellation or modifications, required to promptly relay information to respective outlets.
- Required to process any advance deposits if required.
- Call to confirm and clear waitlisted reservations if there is any especially big groups.
- Get information about areas of interest to target more clients in particular seasons. Aware of all reservation procedures.
- Maintain a good relationship with the other department and provide all necessary assistance when required.
- Anticipate the needs of guests, respond accordingly to guest inquiries or problems, and recognizes regular guests by name and utilizes the guest’s name consistently.
- Has the ability to provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
- Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
- Supports the Food and Beverage operation, including working in restaurants in weekend if necessary. Responsible to take care of the Festive Desk.
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
- Comply with Four Seasons Work Rules & Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Candidates must speak read and write Bahasa Malaysia as well and speak Fluent English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
