Job Description ;
  • Work with management team to understand event needs and develop a comprehensive event plan
  • Coordinate with vendors to secure venues, catering, entertainment, and other event-related services
  • Manage the budget for each event and track expenses
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards
  • Execute setup of each event, ensuring that all details are handled smoothly
  • Evaluate the success of each event and make recommendations for future events
Responsibilities;
  • meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
  • work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
  • assist in presentation deck development (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) and generate campaign ideas.
  • work with the account manager to research and compile all necessary information required for campaign.
  • liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the agency by establishing and maintaining a close relationship.
  • ensure that communication flows effectively between the agency and client.
  • negotiate with clients and vendors on requirements of campaigns.
  • present creative work to clients for approval or feedback.
  • provide administrative documentation such as contact reports, updates and recaps of crucial communications among agency and all relevant parties.
  • undertake administrative tasks & arrange and attend meetings
  • make pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency.
