Description and Requirements Position Overview Assist in maintaining corporate IT infrastructure and end-user systems while performing basic operational tasks under engineers' guidance. This role provides structured training and serves as an ideal entry point into IT for candidates with minimal experience. Additionally, this role involves assisting support database operations focusing on PostgreSQL and Milvus vector database, including performance monitoring, backup/restore, and database-specific tasks to improve service quality and stability. Core Responsibilities 1. Desktop Support o Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for employee devices (PCs/printers/video conferencing) o Deploy OS and office software (Windows/macOS/Office) o Manage user accounts and permissions (basic AD operations) 2. System Monitoring o Perform basic status checks for servers/network devices (CPU/memory/disk) o Document monitoring alerts and escalate anomalies o Maintain IT asset inventory (devices/IPs/software licenses) 3. Operational Assistance o Support engineers in patch deployment and backup operations o Organize technical documentation and knowledge base (SOPs/FAQs) o Manage IT consumables stock (cables/adapters/accessories) 4. Database Operations Support (Oracle / MySQL / Milvus / Elasticsearch) o Independently operate and maintain Oracle, MySQL, Milvus, and Elasticsearch clusters, including advanced monitoring, patching, backup/restore, migration and user permission management. o Help maintain and develop automation scripts related to these database operational tasks (Shell, Python)(Choose one) o Implement and enforce database security policies, perform user permission audits, and ensure compliance with corporate standards o Participate in the compilation of database questionnaires and other related materials(FAQ) Qualifications & Experience Mandatory Requirements . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electronics or related discipline . Proficient in basic Windows troubleshooting (BSOD/network connectivity/driver installation) . Understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (IP/subnet/DNS) . Ability to interpret English technical interfaces (system prompts/error codes) . Basic knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and architecture hands-on experience in optimizing and troubleshooting specific components. . Familiar with Docker/container and underlying OS technologies (container networking, cgroups, CFS, etc.). . Automation mindset able to automate operations with Python, Shell, or Golang. . Analytical and problem-solving skills good at summarizing and writing technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications . Candidates with Fluent Mandarin speaking are preferred. . Hands-on PC hardware assembly experience . CompTIA A+ or ITIL V4 Foundation certification . Basic scripting skills (Batch/PowerShell) . Proactive service mindset #NOVAIT
