Job Responsibility Job Summary Prepare overall Project site budget monitoring. Assist in reviewing all site requisition orders and budget drawdown. Advises project teams on project site materials control and inventory management. Assist in project tender and post-contract monitoring. Assist in strategic procurement of capital expenditure items. Key Responsibilities Review site project teams requisition orders and establish budget drawdowns. Assist in inventory control management audit for all project sites. Advices project teams the status of procured and repaired items. Assist in establishing centralized workshop for inventory tracking, repair and solutioning. Prepare enquiries for material, labour and plant quotations. To ensure all filing and documentation are in compliance with the Department operation and ISO procedure. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. Job Requirements Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveyor/ Construction Management or Equivalent. Competencies Required. Fresh graduate / 2 - 3 years related work experience (with Site Experience has added advantage). General computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Construction Software. Personal qualities : Hard Working, Willing to Learn and Take Initiative, Adaptable, Honest, Can Work in a Team, Passionate to Explore New Technology, Excellent Communication Skills, Detail Oriented, Punctual.
