We welcome enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our team, gain hands-on experience in procurement and office administration, and develop essential workplace skills.Make an Impact by:Source quotations for all purchases, including staff treats, department requests, Singtel requirements, and office items.Monitor delivery and coordinate distribution of purchases to end-users.Handle procurement processes including issuing GRS, SE, PO, and SO for MCC & KL.Source and raise PR forms for purchases under S$15K.Match PO/SO with invoices for payment processing.Scan invoices to the Accounts Payable team via the SAP system.Assist with filing, record keeping, and general office housekeeping.Skills for Success:
  • At least Diploma in Business Admin or relevant course of study
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with SAP is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
