Job Description: Project-manage cross border logistic expansion into new markets, covering early stage planning of cross-border logistic process flow, cost analysis, business case building, implementation and continuous process improvement. Contribute to RFP/RFQ execution, rate negotiations, lead time optimisation, new route or service launches, rate card design, and P&L impact studies to identify the most cost-effective logistics options Optimise end-to-end cross-border logistics operations including first mile, transit warehouse, international linehaul, B2B and B2C import customs clearance, and last mile delivery Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis, design process improvement plans, and lead implementation to reduce lead time and enhance overall logistics efficiency Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure operational readiness by effectively communicating and cascading new logistics processes and policies to both internal teams and external partners Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work with data to gain insights. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Basic ability or interest in learning to develop data models for volume projection.
