- Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Able to handle full set of account
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- To assist in accounting entries by daily basis.
- To assist in issuing accounting documents such as invoice, etc.
- Responsible in office document filling, file tag and labelling.
- Responsible in answering calls and correspondence (email etc.).
- Responsible in courier service to client (Invoice), checking consignment note.
- Update and follow up the returned DO (record to Excel File, request Company Chop and Sign).
- Processing transactions, handling online banking payment entries, issuing cheque.
- Able to handle the documentation of account admin smoothly.
- Liaise with related departments to coordinate any accounting matters.
- Other ad-hoc issues as assigned from time to time.
- Other duties / responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
