Responsibilities Oversee the advertising & promotion events division and budget. Strategically plan, execute, and evaluate impactful marketing events to enhance brand presence and customer engagement. Lead and monitor the success of new flagship store launches, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure smooth and timely launches. Assessing current event strategies and proposing new, innovative ideas Key requirement Proven experience in planning and executing high-impact events, including store launches, seasonal campaigns, and on-ground activations, specifically in the retail industry. Strong background in retail marketing and brand management, with a deep understanding of customer behavior in a retail environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.
