Retail Supervisor ( Camera )

• Pleasant and mature personality
• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Required skills: Retail Sales, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Team Leadership, Product Knowledge (Cameras and Photography Equipment), Sales Management
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail (camera or similar)
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and team management ability
• Confident, proactive, sales-driven, and responsible
• Good communication and basic presentation skills

• Deliver excellent customer service with strong selling skills.
• Manage staff, daily store operations, and store environment in line with company SOP to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising follows brand guidelines and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels, handle stock replenishment, and manage return processes accordingly.
• Ensure 100% implementation of all promotional and marketing events assigned by Suppliers.
• Attend to customer complaints professionally and follow up accordingly.
• Communicate company and store directions to staff and prepare action plans to drive sales.
• Execute sales activities and promotions according to the sales plan.
• Lead, coach, train, motivate, and guide store staff to achieve performance targets while maintaining discipline.
• Manage staff work schedules and daily discipline.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
