- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Required skills: Retail Sales, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Team Leadership, Product Knowledge (Cameras and Photography Equipment), Sales Management
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail (camera or similar)
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and team management ability
- Confident, proactive, sales-driven, and responsible
- Good communication and basic presentation skills
- Deliver excellent customer service with strong selling skills.
- Manage staff, daily store operations, and store environment in line with company SOP to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure in-store visual merchandising follows brand guidelines and maintain store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, handle stock replenishment, and manage return processes accordingly.
- Ensure 100% implementation of all promotional and marketing events assigned by Suppliers.
- Attend to customer complaints professionally and follow up accordingly.
- Communicate company and store directions to staff and prepare action plans to drive sales.
- Execute sales activities and promotions according to the sales plan.
- Lead, coach, train, motivate, and guide store staff to achieve performance targets while maintaining discipline.
- Manage staff work schedules and daily discipline.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
