The Sales Manager is responsible in overseeing the sales team, ensuring success of sales performance of business accounts. This role is the key person to focus on driving sales and establish effective sales strategies to achieve the business goals. The ideal candidate will be someone who are aggressive, passionate in working towards targets and sales driven. Job Description Responsible in sales planning and coaching sales team into meeting business direction and strategies, ensuring achievement of sales target. Develop and implement effective sales strategies relevant to the trade and channel. Effective trade spend management in devising effective promo plans and optimizing budget utilization. Establish productive and professional relationships with customers. Involved in negotiation and closing trade terms agreement with the customers. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any field. Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in FMCG Non Food Industry. Language proficiency: English and Mandarin speaking as well as written preferably. Ability and strong leadership skills to lead, guide, and motivate the sales team. Excellent communication skills. Able to travel outstation when required. Possess own transport. Working at trade on weekend is a requirement.
