Gusto has recently completed its Seed Plus fundraising at $23 million USD, with Animoca and Gaw Capital leading the round.The RoleYour responsibilities will include: * Manage the daily financial and accounting transactions like cash management, payroll, receivables, payables, banking, record transactions and inventory.
Implement financial systems to monitor all the cash flow management, financial reporting, grant management and compliance, budgeting, internal control, financial record-keeping and accounting information consolidation.
Offer the suitable training and support for the finance team members.
Maintain a strong relationship with the different banks.
Monitor the cash flow requirements.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 3 years experience within a Accounting Manager or Finance Manager role, ideally within the Events / Conferences industry.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
