Job Responsibility Maintaining existing client/affiliate relationships Building sustainable relationships and loyalty with customers through open and interactive communication Handling customer queries via all channels provided e.g. e-mails, live chat program, instant messaging programs, and phone calls Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills Following up and complete daily tasks according to schedule plan Cooperating with relevant departments to resolve customer issues Handling cold-calls and do follow-ups for the potential customers Competent in MS Office applications Job Requirements Able to work under pressure Enthusiastic, a strong team player with good business sense Language Proficiencies Language: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada (any of these four language are fine) English: Intermediate (Speaking and Written skills are required) Job Benifits Non-responsible basic salary3.5K + meal supplement 500 + transportation expenses 300+ after regularization Full attendance bonus 200, comprehensive salary 4.5k or above Full Time Job, five days a week,from 2p.m to 12a.m, one hour break Provide Annual Bonus Provide EPF & SOCSO
