You involves guiding team members, structuring daily tasks, and ensuring the safe and timely execution of work to meet project objectives. Effective communication with project managers, engineers, and customers is essential for coordinating tasks and resolving technical issues. You will also participates in planning service activities, documentation, and lessons learned, while exploring new technologies to enhance efficiency and quality. Safety is a top priority, with adherence to regulations and best practices to minimize workplace hazards.How You'll Make an Impact

Implement scheduled and unscheduled Generator Maintenance activities, overhaul, repair, modification, and upgrade within the duration, resource allocation, spare parts, reporting, quality and HSE.
Review, inspect the required standard and special tooling and equipment during on site outage preparation phase.
Arrange, coordinate, and control material and parts handling, logistics, internal resources, and subcontractor resource activities on site for the relevant area of activity.
Prepare daily shift activities, co-ordinate with adjacent equipment maintenance activities, ensure clear shift handover with peers, lead, and communicate clearly on job requirements to personnel and other relevant stakeholders.
Perform troubleshooting for all Generator and auxiliary system and equipment, support Steam Turbine and/or Gas Turbine maintenance activities as required.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of check sheets, spare parts list, daily shift activities, status report, field reports to the required quality on assembly/ disassembly activities during all outages.
Actively participate in outage planning with project engineers and HSE professionals, providing guidance and mentoring to the workforce.
Actively implement creative problem solving of technical issues within own area of responsibility in alignment with Site and Project Management and applicable QHSE standards and actively support the continuous improvement of tools, equipment, technical processes for Siemens Energy outage execution.

What You Bring· Diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical subject area with 8-10 years of experience in the power generation industry, preferably with Siemens Energy Generators.· Profound skills and experience in general mechanical maintenance as well as solid competence in maintenance of electrical power generation equipment and willingness to continuously work hands-on under time pressure and in difficult conditions.· Additional experience in Generator winding repair, Generator Auxiliary systems maintenance and/or Generator New Installation are beneficial.· Ability to read and work with technical drawings and specifications in accordance with international codes and standards, along with good English language skills; additional languages are a plus.· Proficient in digital literacy and relevant IT applications, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.· Strong communication skills, capable of working independently or in multinational teams, with a good understanding of HSE and quality standards.· Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required.About the TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
