Job Responsibility Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware/software problems, provide telephone/desktop support, training and maintain internal user requirements Perform and coordinate effective installation and monitor performance of advanced operating system, hardware and software on servers including new software releases, system upgrades and patches Responsible for firewall & spam gateway administration, anti-virus updates and other security measures Maintain, monitor and analyse system components and make recommendations regarding computer system security, network, computer and disk utilization Control inventory and provide accounting/documentation for all IT resources and procedures including software, server, workstation and laptop systems Conduct software and hardware evaluations, provide technical analysis and implement systems to meet the company's IT goals. Undertake and manage research, development and implementation of any new IT initiatives Automate management tasks, streamline processes and perform standard administration functions as needed Job Requirements Diploma/ degree holder in Information Technology. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Knowledge of Windows 10/11/Office265, Microsoft Server Knowledge of WAN/LAN/WIFI/TCP/IP and VPN Professionalism, good attitude and appropriate behaviour with company personnel, clients and suppliers Job Benifits EPF & Socso
