Job Description: We are urgently hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Support professional to join our Ad Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily campaign deals and support the end-to-end trafficking process. Assist account managers and internal teams in client communications to ensure campaigns are live and on track. Maintain accurate campaign information such as goals, budgets, timelines, and flight dates. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to verify deal details and ensure information flows correctly through Ad Suite. Support the creation, implementation, trafficking, and reporting of advertising campaigns. Manage simple to moderately complex workflows by applying existing processes and exercising sound judgment when needed. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree holder in any field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English. Prior experience in customer service, account coordination, or client management roles. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
