Job Description: Create visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia assets for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop and design creative concepts for social media campaigns and posts that align with the brand's objectives and target audience. Create accurate and engaging images/photo contents to support online and offline needs for Mayflower group of companies Ensure that all the graphic elements comply to the company's brand guidelines and consistent in terms of style, colors, and message. Manage social media posting and sponsored campaigns with engaging copy writing Develop fresh concepts based on company goals and current social media trends Analyze design briefs and outline requirements Present ideas and drafts to the team Test graphic elements on different devices Work with the marketing team to build a strong social media presence Measure key performance indicators and provide suggestions on what can be improved Requirement: Diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia design (Video Editing skills are optional) Minimum 3-5 years graphic design experienced is required. Experienced in using AI, PS, PR, LR, In Design (Adobe Software) Experience in Social Media platform administration and copywriting Knowledge on printing production and material usage will be an added advantage Experienced in Tour Agency will be an added advantage. Accuracy and attention to details, creative and able to think out of the box Strong creative thinking and concept development Good command in English, both written and spoken Able to work under pressure and be independent Working Location: Mayflower Holidays, near Public Transportation MRT/LRT
