Account Executive - Junior Level

• Minimum SPM. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred (but not required).

• Detail-oriented and organized in handling multiple tasks.
• Able to prepare task lists, follow up, and ensure progress is tracked.
• Basic accounting knowledge (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word is an advantage.

• Proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions.
• Calm, focused, and dependable - able to support tasks effectively.
• Flexible during peak closing periods or urgent tasks.
• Supportive, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Issue customer invoices, follow up on payments, and process receipts.
• Record and file supplier invoices and payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and timely data entry.
• Communicate with suppliers/customers and prepare simple summaries for approval.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for finance records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports.
• Support the Reporting Manager with task lists, reminders, and updates.
• Provide admin and finance support in ad-hoc tasks when needed.

• Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000 (depending on qualifications & experience).
