Job Responsibility Prepare reports, documentation, and handle bookkeeping and progress claims. Assist the project manager in liaising with the main contractor and client regarding activities on the construction site and providing updates on work progress. Keep building materials inventory records up-to-date, monitor inventory level, and coordinate shipments. Receive and inspect incoming goods for both quantity and quality. Keep detailed records for all incoming and outgoing materials, and ensure the filing of all related documents. Manage, supervise, and organize the stock of site materials, including building supplies, accessories, toolboxes, and equipment. Job Requirements Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin is required, as this role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and management.
