- Oversee and support the recruitment process in ensuring best hiring practices are carried out.
- Manage and ensure company and HR policies are up to date and are aligned with local law and regulations.
- Implement strategies for talent management, employee relations and succession planning.
- Liaise closely with other departments to improve processes that support company's goals.
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience. Regional experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in verbal and written in English and Mandarin.
- Well versed with local regulations and employment guidelines.
