RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare monthly sales reports, rolling forecast, management reports, slow moving reports, buffer stocks (CDM) reports and others. Liaise with the order management department & production planner on the orders to ensure timely deliveries. Assisting sales team in directing feedback or enquiries from customers to relevant departments (QA, R&D, Finance, Supply chain, Production) - (Halal Cert, Product Registration (Atiga), Product questionnaire from the customer. Monitor and liaise with internal stakeholder on stock balance (buffer stock, sample stock & aging stock). Assisting sales team dairy operation (meeting set-up, event/exhibition organising). Handling some of the existing small & not regular customer accounts (call-in/regular small accounts). Verifying orders, including pricing, customers' personal information and payment details (assigned customers only). Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. Ensuring all sales team to submit and complete the reports (project controlling, monthly sales report, rolling forecast) on time. Carry out customer satisfaction survey (yearly). Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested. REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Food Technology or other relevant related qualifications. Minimum 2 years sales experience in the food industry especially HORECA will be an added advantage.
