Our client is looking for a Lead/Manager Cloud Security Operations to join their team. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of cloud security strategies across a complex, multi-cloud environment, including Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.

Lead the design, implementation, and management of security controls across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Establish and enforce cloud security best practices, including firewalls, encryption standards, and network segmentation.
Oversee cloud threat monitoring and coordinate timely responses to incidents and vulnerabilities.
Define and manage enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies for cloud environments.
Champion Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and secure remote access initiatives across the organization.
Oversee security governance and compliance for Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Direct the deployment and maintenance of endpoint and workload security controls for VMs, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
Ensure comprehensive logging, monitoring, and compliance reporting aligned to CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001 standards.
Provide strategic security oversight and guidance for new and ongoing cloud projects across business units.
Mentor and upskill internal teams on cloud security tools, frameworks, and emerging threats

At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on cloud security and demonstrated leadership or team oversight experience
Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments
Strong track record in securing Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Deep understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards: CIS, NIST, ISO 27001
Relevant professional certifications such as AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or CISM (preferred)
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across technical and business teams
A proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and guide team members
