Objectives: To ensure the equipment is manufactured according to specifications, and meets all performance and safety standards through FAT ( Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) , Installation Verification and Operational Testing, Software validation and Process validation. To install and set up the equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. To conduct qualification testing to verify the equipment's operational readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements. To facilitate seamless integration of the equipment into existing systems and workflows. Planning and Documentation: Develop a comprehensive project plan detailing all phases of the equipment lifecycle, from FAT through to qualification and operational handover. Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including but not limited to: Process Change Analysis (PCA) Equipment Equilibrium Report (EER) Qualification Plan (QP) Equipment Specifications (E-Spec) Software Configuration Specifications (SCS) Technical Drawings FAT/Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Protocols Liaise with equipment vendor technical teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and integration points. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)/ Site Acceptance Test (SAT): Conduct FAT/SAT to verify that the equipment meets all specified requirements prior to shipment. Installation and Setup: Oversee the safe transport and installation of the equipment at the designated facility. Perform setup procedures to prepare the equipment for operational testing. Qualification and Testing: Execute qualification tests to confirm the equipment performs according to defined specifications in its operating environment. Address any issues or discrepancies identified during testing, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance and performance standards are met. Deliverables: Detailed Project Plan Completed FAT/SAT, including a comprehensive report of findings DR & NCEP if is needed. IVOT Execution Equipment Qualification Reports Final Project Report, including an executive summary of activities, findings, and recommendations for future maintenance and operation. Requirements: Proven experience in similar projects, with references. Certifications in Equipment/Manufacturing/Software. Ability to work collaboratively with BSC team. Commitment to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
