SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of architectural and interior design works, planning and organizing site activities, scheduling and controlling on progress of work within the budget and etc.
Coordinate and monitor sub contractor's progress and to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures within the timeline.
Monitor and manage material usage and wastage on sites.
To liaise and coordinate work flow closely between subcontractors, projects and other departments.
Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction sites. Ensuring solution is of good quality.
To execute assignment according to work schedule through proper planning.
To identify and prepare variations order for the project.
To report overall project on site to superior.

Requirements:

Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
5 years relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out field or relevant.
Preferably with knowledge & experience in interior design, renovation works, office furniture, lighting/wiring or equivalent
Possess hands-on supervision, site coordination experience, site problem solving skills and ability to interpret drawings and details.
Hard working, responsible, honest, self-motivated and career-minded.
Good communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, highly organized and have the ability for effective planning and supervision.
Able to work independently, irregular hours and under tight deadline.
Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
