Were looking for creative, innovative and passionate candidate. The Graphics Team is responsible for all Graphics and Packaging that is used in the manufacturing of Dyson products. The operation is split between the UK and Malaysia. The UK plays a strategic role in delivering these items, and the Malaysia team play a tactical part. Together they deliver effective, cutting-edge solutions to Dysons graphics and Packaging. About The Role Graphics & Packaging Operations Engineer will be expected to: Discuss all packaging & graphics requirements with relevant teams(packaging, D&PE, commercial, compliance, category & related stakeholders) and develop G&P deliverables time plan for NPD & lifecycle project. Planning and managing small and medium-sized NPD/lifecycle projects. Depending on business needs, either delivering standalone/accessory projects or assisting project managers in delivering elements of larger and more complex projects. Ensuring projects are briefed, planned, managed, and approved according to the correct processes. This role is responsible for ensuring that all graphics and packaging projects adhere to Dyson processes. Escalating to relevant stakeholders and flagging any associated risks, including the possible contingency plans or actions. Brief Writing: Discussing all packaging, labelling, and graphics requirements with relevant teams (packaging design, engineering, creative, commercial, legal, IP, tech services, standards, compliance, etc.) to create an accurate in the brief before upload in the system (Censhare). Oversee all graphics deliverables according to the timeline, from receiving assets to DPAP readiness. Manage inputs from other stakeholders locally & internationally for content implementation on artwork. Participate in planning & cross-functional meeting locally & internationally for matters pertaining Graphic & Packaging. About You Skills Application skills Microsoft Office Application knowledge Adobe CC, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-design, Adobe Acrobat Project Management skills Communication, Planning/scheduling skills Product knowledge Risk assessment & management Experience: Strong experiences with graphics & packaging processes, with the ability to recommend & formulate best practices that will best suit Dyson environment is an advantage.
