Responsibility :
» Prepare correspondence, reports, statements, and other documents.
» Verify, record, and process forms and documents accurately.
» Perform data entry tasks and maintain records, ensuring they are updated regularly.
» Handle filing and organizing documents effectively.
» Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
» Conduct inventory checks and assist in managing office supplies.
» Operate and maintain office machines, such as printers and copiers.
Requirements :
» SPM or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
» Strong attention to detail and organizational expertise.
» Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
» Excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal.
