The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, managing phone calls and correspondence, and performing general office duties. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our offices. Qualifications Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Strong Clerical Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and other office management tools Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus Show more Show less
