- Monday to Friday: 08:00am to 05:00pm
- Saturday: 08:00am to 12:00pm
- Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5 years' experience in accounting and administrative roles;
- Ability to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills;
- Good written and verbal communication in English/Malay and fluency in Mandarin;
- Strong attention to detail, time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Handle daily accounting entries, including but not limited to invoice processing, payment issuance and tracking, bank reconciliations, etc;
- Support in maintaining financial records and preparing financial summaries;
- Assist with annual budget preparation, tax filings and financial reporting requirements;
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- To provide support on various tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Manage office supplies, equipment, stationeries, and overall office maintenance;
- Prepare and process expense claims and reimbursements;
- Maintain and update office records, files, and confidential documents;
- Liaise with service providers and follow up until issues are resolved;
- Arrange for dispatch of documents and coordinate deliveries/couriers.
- To Provide on various tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Salary Range: From RM2,500 to RM 3,000
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS
- Medical & Annual Leave
- Overtime (as needed)
