What They&aposre Looking For: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, IT, Technical Communication, or related). 2+ years of technical writing experience in a software/IT environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to explain complex ideas simply. Familiarity with software development, APIs, and versioning.
