Job description: Key Responsibilities: Handle all relevant financial accounts and reports on an accurate and timely manner Ensure the completion of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and production of the P&L statements & Indirect Cash Flow statement Perform a variety of general accounting support tasks in accounting department Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers Perform inter-companies billings & reconciliations and resolved inter-companies reconciliation item which is long outstanding and disputed Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all unreconciled items being resolved in next period Perform interco reconciliation,bank reconciliation & compilation of group data within the drilling group Liaise with external parties such as auditors and statutory bodies on financial or compliance matters (including the tax agent or external company secretary) Performing monthly tax computation & assisting in compiling information for tax computation Collaborate with others team/department to address finance matters Qualifications / Certifications: Possesses Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 7 years of relevant experience accompanied by professional accounting qualification. Relevant Experience and Preferred Skills: Minimum 7 years working experience preferable in Offshore Drilling Business, Accounting and reporting or cost controlling Preferable have regional exposure (Angola, Singapore, Brunei,Mauritius,Bermuda etc) Preferable with system implementation experience Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage Show more Show less
