Senior Manager Test Equipment Engineering

In your new role you will:
- Responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification and release.
- Take ownership for Test Equipment stability sustaining and improvement including but not limited to equipment setting/qualification/PM etc & Test equipment stability (EQ setup, buy off, PM)
- Spare management
- Conform to all health and safety, security and quality systems related equipment.
- Liaison with IFX global counterparts to ensure a good communication and timely support from the overseas;
- Extend working scope to engage into new subcons different testers enabling by leverage Unisem Chengdu experience.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree and above.
- 3-5 years working in experience semiconductor industry
- Experience in Subcontractors Management.
- Experience in Device Testing ,Processes and Procedures or Technology Development
- Familiar with tester setting up/qualification/sustaining etc.
- Understanding of assembly equipment and process
- Interfaces with other Functional team (Planning, Logistics, Product Eng., Test Development Eng., Quality) and Subcontractors (Engineering, Planning, Quality, Logistics)
- Project management skills and knowledge of product development processes.
