It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial clients (loan size up to MYR60 million) including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and servicesMonitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolioBuild rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective customers/ clientsBuild customer/client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as ‘The Trusted Banker to call’Identify customers/clients’ needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitabilityDeliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assignedEnsure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”)Requirements:Possess a recognised degree or Diploma / Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university / collegesPreferably someone with at least 5-6 years of sales experience.Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starterPositive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent team work/spiritAdditional RequirementsUniversity-Bachelor, Work Experience Level for GTO CWFBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
