Relationship Manager, Enterprise Banking (Based in Penang)

- Responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial clients (loan size up to MYR60million) including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services
- Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio
- Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective customers/ clients
- Build customer/client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as 'The Trusted Banker to call'
- Identify customers/clients' needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability
- Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned
- Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”)
- Possess a recognised degree or Diploma / Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university / colleges
- Preferably someone with at least 1-2 years of sales experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter
