Job Description:
  • Assist in management of staff misconduct cases, including investigation.
  • Provide guidance to line managers on managing staff misconduct.
  • Drafting of charge sheet / letter of explanation, follow up on explanation by the staff and prepare recommendation paper for decision on disciplinary action.
  • Handling of staff grievances and advising line managers in resolving the grievances.
  • Attend to conciliation at the Industrial Relations Department and complaints / claims filed with the Labour Court.
  • Liaison and follow-up with lawyers on Industrial Court cases.
  • Assist in the drafting and review of policies and procedures related to Employee Relations.
  • Management of employee monitoring exercises on compliance, business interest and bankruptcy.
  • Responsible for the monthly / quarterly and ad-hoc reports for management and regulators.
