- Assist in management of staff misconduct cases, including investigation.
- Provide guidance to line managers on managing staff misconduct.
- Drafting of charge sheet / letter of explanation, follow up on explanation by the staff and prepare recommendation paper for decision on disciplinary action.
- Handling of staff grievances and advising line managers in resolving the grievances.
- Attend to conciliation at the Industrial Relations Department and complaints / claims filed with the Labour Court.
- Liaison and follow-up with lawyers on Industrial Court cases.
- Assist in the drafting and review of policies and procedures related to Employee Relations.
- Management of employee monitoring exercises on compliance, business interest and bankruptcy.
- Responsible for the monthly / quarterly and ad-hoc reports for management and regulators.
