Job Responsibility Responsibilities Human Resources Function Performing overall planning, organising, coordinating and supervising of daily activities of human resources department. Oversee the administration of company payroll and statutory requirement, including audit and reconcile all payroll document and employees claim. Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances, provide advice, counseling or disciplinary action in accordance with company policy and IR regulation, escalate issue to management as needed. Responsible for foreign worker recruitment, including foreign worker application, work permit, passport renewal, medical renewal, insurance renewal and liaise with immigration or other government authorities. Interpret and implement approved company policy and procedure consistently and fairly. Review company policy and procedure to ensure that the company policy and procedure are in alignment with the company s overall strategic objective. Manage the hiring process in line with business needs. Ensure adherence and fulfillment of statutory requirements on people related matter. Maintain and ensure implementation of proper policy, employee handbook, working procedure and other rules and regulations. Able to handle private and confidential matter and issue, such as salary, bonus, increment, personal information and well maintain employees file data in proper way. Play role in counseling employees who face issues in performing daily task or conflict in working place. To build lifelong continuous learning culture in the company. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior. Administrative Function Responsible for the company s general administrative matter and support other office activities when required. Provide supplies by identifying needs for the entire office, establishing policy, procedure and work schedule. Provide communication system by identifying needs, evaluating options, and maintaining equipment. Purchase printed material and form by obtaining requirements, negotiating price, quality, delivery and approving invoices. Ensure cost control in all areas of administration. Receiving and entertaining official visitor. General administration of the company which includes maintenance of legal document and agreement, staff welfare and security. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior. Job Requirements Job Summary: Providing human resources support to internal and external customer, including recruitment and manpower planning, payroll, compensation and benefits, recordkeeping, employee relations, training and development. Responsible to handle the daily general administrative work.
