As the Community Engagement Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Vice President and will be expected to utilize their commercial experience to develop and execute GTM strategies to spearhead new portfolio acquisition while building meaningful, long term strategic partnership with key stakeholders.Among the many responsibilities, some are as follows:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan for their pilot product, considering the target audience and market conditions.
  • Outline strategies, channels, and approaches to enhance brand visibility and ensure widespread dissemination of their product.
  • Manage the execution of go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with team leads to achieve strategic goals effectively.
  • Spearhead the establishment of partnerships by identifying and nurturing key relationships within and beyond the education sector.
  • Lead partnership development activities while also overseeing recruitment targets and budget planning.
  • Supervise the implementation, negotiation, and collaboration of partnerships to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Create customized outreach programs tailored to resonate with the target audience, with a focus on boosting brand recognition and driving traffic to their website.
  • Direct the execution of outreach programs, managing logistics, resources, and communication efforts to maximize impact.
  • Assume responsibility for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, brand recognition, and community development.
  • Continuously monitor progress and refine strategies as necessary, experimenting with initiatives and conducting tests for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Utilize market insights to proactively identify and pursue potential collaboration prospects.
Contribute to driving effective go-to-market strategies for NFPO|Spearheading innovative initiatives with purpose to benefit the communityThe successful candidate will be confident in growing the business and steering the company to the most outreached position, while having the drive to establish new partnerships across the region. It's critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:
  • Bachelor's degree & above with upwards of 6 years of community engagement, project management, and business development experience in a NGO, NPO or similar environments.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening abilities with capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
  • Excels in building relationships and connecting with people, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.
  • Exhibits strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting metrics, tracking performance, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Adapts to shifting priorities and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
