- Operate the school telephone, determine the purpose of calls, monitoring and transferring calls, and delivering messages in an appropriate and efficient manner.
- Welcome, register, and host all stakeholders including school officials, staff, parents, students, and visitors.
- Regularly check and respond to incoming mail. This involves forwarding messages, arranging appointments, and giving reminders.
- Attend to front desk requests from students and parents including managing stationery purchases, uniform orders, and loan of school equipment.
- Provide support for a range of office functions including copying, printing, laminating, and management of office supplies.
- Manage the school database to ensure that it is updated and accurate.
- Manage daily student attendance record.
- Assist in the submission of any official documents to the pertinent government departments.
- Assist in ordering and replenishing office & pantry supplies for staff and maintain adequate stocks.
- Assist in the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, and calling service providers when needed.
- Ensure that regular maintenance tasks/services are scheduled and conducted in a timely and efficient manner by in-house personnel or external contractors/vendors.
- Assist with resolving minor IT issues as and when needed and if not interfering with other main tasks.
- Assist with meeting room setup, organize all aspects for meetings and arrange catering when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation for school events which include, but are not limited to the Coffee Mornings, Parent-Teacher Meetings and IGCSE Info Sessions.
- Assist with providing logistical support, venue booking, and transportation arrangements for school trips, events, excursions, exhibitions, etc, as and when needed.
- Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn.

- Strong interpersonal, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Possess a degree in any relevant field (min 2:1 upper-second class honours).
- High level of English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
