- Inputs all data received from client in the format required by software.
- Processes deliverables as per the SLA agreed with the client.
- Responsible for error free delivery Adheres to all policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all payroll related reports are prepared on time and executed.
- Ensures that all related document preparing for Handover to Service team.
- Respond for any queries raised by the client employees.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.
- Ensuring they are familiar with and comply with information security policies and standards that relate to their work.
- Minimum 3 year's experience in Malaysia payroll processing.
- Knowledge in Payroll Software
- Competent in MS Word / Excel
- Knowledge in preparing concise document.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Practice attention to details
