Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Handle performance management and appraisal systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Address employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and strategy.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
