5 years relevant working experience. Experience of working in SSC and with Accounts Payable, GST/VAT knowledge is highly preferred. A team player, meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Good communications skills both verbal and written in English. Computer literate, competent in Microsoft office, and preferred have experience in SAP system.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvides customer support to internal and external business partners as first-level support to process and system inquiries according to defined services and quality Identify & trouble shooting potential issues and work with COE/Global IT team for issue correction and implement preventive action as well Actively support project rollout plan & ensure quality assurance of project result within simulated project timeline eg participate in migration task/planning, monitor testing progress, ensure documentation update, etc Identify, recommend and develop solutions or improvement ideas for continuous improvements and harmonization opportunities. Support manager in achieving FTE efficiency target. Supports communication between Finance Hub, Local Services and the Center of Excellence. E.g. communicate if any process change Partnering together with COE to develop, review and enhance the existing training materials. Organize training session for local end users whenever required Act as process trainer to train our new joiner & support manager/TL on HR onboarding process. Arrange refresher training to existing team member whenever needed. Cultivate a high level of teamwork, support team members when they facing any technical or work issues.
