about the role
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for service-related issues.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss service performance.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about products/services and resolve concerns.
  • Order Processing and Coordination:
  • Act as the contact point for order processing and tracking.
  • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking:
  • Address and resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Perform quality checks and manage Service Improvement Programs.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain customer records and analyze service delivery reports.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner.
about you
  • Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge in (Digital, Cloud, Networking, Security) and IT transformation Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
