- Act as the contact point for order processing and tracking.
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking:
- Address and resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments.
- Quality Assurance:
- Perform quality checks and manage Service Improvement Programs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain customer records and analyze service delivery reports.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner.
- Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in (Digital, Cloud, Networking, Security) and IT transformation Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
