- Must be able to follow up on the work that are related to the task given - to get the job done.
- Well-organized person, both physical filing and soft copy filing.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls.
- Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional support or services.
- Monitor client accounts to identify overdue payments and proactively follow up with clients to resolve outstanding invoices.
- Communicate with clients about payment schedules, invoice discrepancies, and other billing-related issues.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile payments and address any billing inaccuracies.
- Maintain updated, accurate and detailed records of all communication and actions taken regarding accounts receivable. Following up work may needed.
- Perform day to day general administrative tasks.
