- Responsible for bringing in sales related to corporate training and inhouse development workshops/courses
- Target medium and large size companies, including GLC, PLC and MNC.
- Exceed team and individual sales targets set by Sales Manager
- Plan outbound calls & field visit to provide the appropriate level of service to existing customers with a focus on retaining/expanding existing volume & business relationships. Priority Customers Compulsory visit on every month.
- Able to give good training proposals to customers to solve their staff talents gaps, needs and wants
- Increase the value proposition to existing customer through cross-selling, up-selling and down-selling.
- At least 02 - 03 years of working experience dealing with GLC or Government authority
- Prior experience and strong network in related field a plus.
- Outgoing, extroverted, enjoys working with people.
- Proficient in major languages with effective speaking and writing skills.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel within Peninsular Malaysia
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin literate is a bonus as the role may require engagement with mandarin speaking client
