The aim of this role is to support the needs of our customers to ensure they experience the best from their hearing aids. Responsibilities Performing diagnostic hearing assessments, developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs including discussion of communication tactics and strategies, prescription, fitting and evaluation of hearing devices to our clients. Dealing with customer enquiries Act as a Clarisound ambassador by modelling and displaying our values at every customer touchpoint. Proactively identify opportunities to introduce products & services to improve the customer's quality of life Proactively maintain an up to date knowledge of all products & services Ensure all daily transactions, administrative tasks and other duties are carried out in accordance with current company standard operating procedures Contribute to the performance of the team by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing support and involvement in all activities Qualification At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Audiology Experience with Microsoft applications. Previous experience in a customer service or specialising in retail sales or equivalent. Full training is provided Skills Demonstrate the ability to provide customers with an exceptional service experience Demonstrate a passion to work in a high achievement outcome driven team Ability to engage customers in conversations that build an understanding of their needs. Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of products and services Proven ability to gather information utilising available technology and resources A passionate and skilled communicator.
