A forward-looking organization is seeking a TechLab Manager to lead digital innovation initiatives, with a strong focus on automation, data visualization, and process enhancement.This is a unique opportunity to shape and launch a new Tech function that blends automation tools, Power BI dashboards, interactive content, and community platforms to drive company-wide digital adoption.The Challenges
  • Identify and automate repetitive processes using RPA tools to improve efficiency.
  • Design and implement engaging, data-driven Power BI dashboards for scenario modeling and forecasting.
  • Champion technology adoption across departments by translating complex tools into user-friendly solutions.
  • Develop innovative digital resources such as learning platforms, interactive newsletters, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Deliver training and build internal capabilities to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What It Takes
  • Strong knowledge of automation technologies, Power BI, and process mapping.
  • A flair for simplifying technical concepts and making them accessible to all users.
  • Creativity in using tech tools to build engaging and collaborative platforms.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to drive initiatives independently and across teams.
  • Experience with APIs and a broad understanding of digital transformation tools.
