Job Responsibilities: Lead, train, and upskill a team of in-house livestream hosts to elevate live performance and sales efficiency. Regularly monitor and evaluate host performance, providing real-time coaching and feedback to improve effectiveness and consistency on camera. Develop structured host training programs covering product knowledge, beauty application techniques, live presentation skills, storytelling, and sales tactics. Spearhead coaching initiatives to refine hosts' on-camera presence, engagement strategies, and audience interaction. Analyze sales performance, viewer feedback, and platform metrics to refine livestream content strategy and boost key metrics such as average viewing time, conversion rate, and retention. Adjust livestream approach based on real-time data and insights to achieve consistent traffic and revenue growth. Collaborate closely with the e-commerce, marketing, and product teams to ensure livestream content aligns with campaign goals, product launches, and promotional strategies. Job Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English is mandatory to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken & written). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in livestream hosting or livestream team management, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce industry. Deep understanding of livestream platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, Lazada etc.) and consumer behavior in the beauty/e-commerce space. Data-driven and performance-oriented, with a strong track record of hitting KPIs and improving livestream ROI. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
