- Prepare, review, and issue employment contracts, renewal letters, and addendums in accordance with templates and policy guidelines.
- Track contract expiration and initiate timely renewals or terminations with proper documentation.
- Ensure all contractual documents are uploaded and maintained accurately in Workday or document repositories.
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle transactions in Workday e.g., hiring, job changes, terminations, Internation Transfer and/or Mobility .
- Support salary changes, one-time payments, allowances, and recurring elements in Workday.
- Ensure data quality, system accuracy, and consistency in Workday system records.
- Monitor system issues, perform testing for updates, and liaise with HRIS or Workday BA team for technical support.
- Ensure timely and accurate input for payroll-related cutoffs.
- Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.
- Support enrolment, changes, and terminations in employee benefit plans within Workday.
- Coordinate with vendors, HRBPs, or COEs for local benefit compliance and eligibility questions.
- Assist in benefit-related communications, data validation, and monthly reporting as required.
- Maintain and monitor time-off and leave plans, ensuring employee entitlements are updated according to company policy or legislative changes.
- Support employees and managers on Workday leave entries, balances, and system navigation.
- Perform quarterly audits to ensure data integrity.
- Generate operational and ad-hoc reports to support business and compliance needs.
- Assist in compiling headcount, turnover, or compliance statistics as required.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of new Workday features and updates.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, policy interpretation, and Workday navigation.
- Manage service requests via HR helpdesk platforms (ServiceNow), ensuring SLAs are met.
- Coordinate with HRBPs and Country HR for issue resolution, Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to resolve complex issues and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Facilitate training sessions and create user guides to enhance Workday proficiency among staff.
- Participate in multiple project from Global HR (COE) or Improvement projects (e.g., data cleanup, process improvement and streamline project)
- Ensure all activities comply with data protection laws and internal HR governance policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in SSC HR Empployee Master data operations with a focus on Workday HR Core module and Benefits & Absence.
- Experience with Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Mastering in M.Excel.nowledge of compliance requirements related to HR data and processes.
- Strong understanding of APAC or EMEA HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly advantageous, as it enables effective communication with international stakeholders and colleagues based at the China headquarters.
