Salesforce - Consultant The role involves leading requirements facilitating process analysis, and providing best practices for Salesforce configuration, security, mobile deployment strategies, and analytics. Key responsibilities include developing detailed design and configuration specifications, managing user setup, roles, and profiles, and implementing complex workflows, validation rules, and customizations. The Team Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver scalable and secure solutions, provide technical guidance, and evaluate third-party integrations for seamless system functionality. This role also includes authoring technical and functional design documentation, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through code reviews and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs, as well as expertise in managing UAT and deployment activities. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience. Salesforce - Senior Analyst Responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions, focusing on both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves configuring Salesforce objects, profiles, roles, reports, and workflows, and ensuring data security and integrity. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed design discussions, supporting the configuration of the application, assisting in the setup of users and roles, and managing business process automation using tools like Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows. Will work closely with the development team to identify technical solutions, assist with UAT, and contribute to the overall project lifecycle. This role also requires the creation of custom reports and dashboards, training end-users, and troubleshooting issues as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of Salesforce best practices, and a proven ability to work in an agile environment, with at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce-related roles.
