Content Development & ExecutionCo-author and update investment advisory pieces, including the Trigger Series, fund commentaries, and market explainers.Localize economic and investment publications/content into a format suitable for the Malaysian market and internal tone of voice.Support podcast preparation: scripting, Q&A frameworks, post-recording content summaries.Assist in scripting and reviewing short-form video content to ensure message clarity and investment integrity.Develop, update, and maintain sales pitch decks, IC/RM presentation materials, investment principle guides, and other enablement collateral.2. Content Governance, Liaison & Project ManagementTrack all content versions, maintain audit logs, and ensure final approvals from Compliance are archived systematically.Liaise with various stakeholders for timely submissions and follow-ups; ensure fast turnaround in line with internal processes.Coordinate with digital, marketing, and brand teams to align on delivery formats, distribution strategy, and formatting standards.3. Editorial Quality, Tone & Visual AlignmentSimplify complex investment concepts into client-friendly language while retaining accuracy and professionalism.Perform editorial reviews to ensure consistency with brand tone, product positioning, and investment narratives.Collaborate with marketing to ensure materials are visually engaging and compliant with bank brand guidelines.Experience3 years and above experience in investment communications, financial content writing, editorial strategy, or related roles in wealth management, asset management, or financial services.Basic understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and multi-asset investment concepts.Familiarity with product types such as mutual funds, structured products is a plus.Special SkillsNative level written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.Experience in co-writing investment pieces, commentaries, or house view summaries.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and version control skills.Proficient in PowerPoint and Word software; knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.Ability to collaborate across departments (compliance, marketing, digital, investment strategy).Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.What’s next?
