We are hiring a Recruitment Officer to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates to meet client needs. Key tasks include managing job postings, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and preparing candidate profiles. The role works closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process and fosters positive candidate experiences and lasting relationships. Job Description: Independently manage candidate sourcing and screening via recruitment databases, while meeting KPIs and performance targets. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and initial interviews. Compile and review Personal Qualification Data (PQD) and Skill Checklists (SCL) to ensure accuracy and suitability for client submission. Ensure submission quality meets client requirements and track candidate progress through to the offer stage. Review job vacancies and submit suitable candidate files within the set timeframe. Match each vacancy with qualified candidates and ensure sourcing efforts are made for all roles. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Follow up on pending candidate documents to support timely submissions and offer approvals. Prioritize and expedite submissions based on vacancy urgency Advise and support candidates in fulfilling submission requirements for faster processing. Manage delegation interviews by screening, preparing candidate folders, and scheduling online sessions. Handle all correspondence with clients and candidates regarding submissions and offers. Provide reports to the Head of Department (HOD) and Unit Leader as needed. Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven work experience of minimum 2 years as a Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist from RPO/ Recruitment agency/ Sales experience is a compulsory as to meet weekly targets. Results driven with the ability to meet deadlines and results-oriented aligned with agreed KPIs. Understand the sourcing techniques and matching process according to each hospital's requirements. Familiar with administrative tasks and experience in using various digital platforms/tools. Passionate about taking up challenges and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
