Job Responsibility Assist in the execution, testing, and integration of AV and IT systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely as assigned. Maintain detailed and accurate records of testing, commissioning, and service activities. Record and escalate client feedback or technical concerns encountered during service visits. Support the Quality Control process for installation, repair, and system integration. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks under supervision. Complete and submit post-task documentation, including job sheets and client sign-off forms. Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the management team. Job Requirements Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) and IT industry is an added advantage. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Basic AV installation skills, including wall-mounting TVs, and running audio and HDMI cables. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and logical thinking skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn. Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
